Programmer Analyst
Navigator has a need for a Programmer Analyst with the following capabilities:
- Two (2) years experience with VB.NET or other object oriented language
- Four (4) year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and commitments in a fast paced environment, with multiple priorities
- Demonstrated the ability to take ownership and work in a team environment, to achieve goals
This position has a competitive, highly obtainable compensation package. Position is located in Pleasant Grove, UT.
Preferred Skills:
- Development experience in Visual Studio (C# or VB)
- Experience with SOAP and/or REST
- Database Expe.: SQL Server
- Website development: ASP.NET, HTML, JAVA, Perl
- Understanding of complex business systems at a database level which include MRP, order entry, purchase order, accounts payable, accounts
- Mobile application development a plus
Responsibilities Include: - Conceptualize, create, test and implement custom software programs for manufacturing companies
- Install and troubleshoot complex software in a network environment
- Formulate comprehensive functionality specifications for Windows and Web-based applications to solve
customer's business problems - Integrate business software and custom programs with existing business systems
- Use various SQL development environments to write custom reports
