Application Consultant
This position calls for a highly professional individual who is comfortable working with customers both over the phone and face-to-face. He/she should also have demonstrated the ability to take ownership and work in a team environment, to achieve goals. This position has a competitive, highly obtainable compensation package. Location – our corporate offices in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Job Duties: Train customers on proper software use, primarily over the web. Assist in the implementation of software for customers over the web and onsite.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, degree in accounting highly desirable
- Experience implementing software systems highly desirable
- Technically savvy, able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent problem solver with troubleshooting skills
- Experienced in financial and business information systems
- Excellent presentation, business, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, report-writing, database tools)
- Experience with SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, Great Plains, Sage MAS 90, Navision, or other enterprise business management systems is highly desirable
- Business management, Accounting, Information Systems, or related degree or the equivalent in education and/or work experience.
